Nurse Practitioner

Amy Berkhout, FNP-BC studied at Northern Arizona University and earned a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion in 2001 and her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2004. She worked as a Medical Surgical Floor Nurse and Charge Nurse for many years. After a painful and permanent injury on the job, she was determined to obtained her Master’s degree to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and help others who have sustained injuries themselves. Amy's expertise and guidance has helped hundreds of patients to alleviate various back, neck, joint and muscular pains as well as migraine pain throughout her career.
